UPI / QR Payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
Net Banking (All supported banks in India)
Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, Amazon Pay, etc.)
Cash on Delivery (COD) – available on select orders and pin codes only
(Note: COD orders may be subject to an additional handling fee.)
3. Order Confirmation
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with order details and invoice.
In case your payment is debited but order not confirmed, please contact our support team with transaction details.
Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation (except COD).
4. Payment Security
All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
We do not store or share any card, bank, or UPI details.
SSL encryption ensures your personal and financial data is fully protected.
5. Payment Failure / Decline
If your transaction fails or gets declined:
Check your card details, network, or sufficient account balance.
Retry after a few minutes or use an alternate payment mode.
If the amount was deducted but order not placed, it will be auto-refunded by your bank within 5–7 working days.
6. Refund Policy (For Eligible Returns)
Refunds are initiated only after returned product passes inspection as per our [Return Policy].
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
COD refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI, after confirmation of details.
Refund processing time: 5–7 working days post-approval.
7. Fraudulent Transactions
We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of unauthorized or fraudulent payment activity.
Legal action may be taken against misuse of payment instruments or fake transactions.
